Currently the main impact we are experiencing is an inability to launch SCORM Courses - affected users may see a "Due to heavy traffice" throttling page or outright error when attempting to launch courses.
Update: AWS continues to improve although some degradation is still occuring. We have been able to reduce the latency impact on notifications we were experiencing. We are continuing to monitor and anticipate being back to normal in the next hour or two.
AWS has sounded the all clear on their status page. Some of our providers still indicate they are resolving backlogs on their status pages but our customer metrics show no degraded functionality now.
